Summer Dessert
Hello!
I love to cook. Not always have time. Often I have no
idea what I'm doing. I like to experiment. Sometimes the result is disastrous,
but I love to cook in the kitchen J
Today my experiment has proved successful.
Here is the recipe for it:
For the swamp:
3 eggs, 6 tablespoons
sugar, 18 tablespoons self raising flour.
Mix and baked thin swamp.
Furthermore I used and seasonal fruits (6 peaches),
milk and 1 l. Pastry Cream.
Once ready and cold
swamps, cream mixed and chopped fruits begin to assemble the dessert.
From swamps are cut
circles the size of a cup, two for a cup. Pour a little milk, so as not to dry
(about 2 tablespoons of the circle).
In a glass put cream,
swamps, peaches and repeat to fill the cup.
Cooling for 30 min. or more.
All proportions, for obvious reasons, are approximate J
Bon Appétit!
