DIY - Motivating Bottles


Hello friends!

Until a few years ago I was one of those people who spend the little free time they have on the couch watching TV. Three years ago, my sister found a trainer for home workouts and I started training with her for company. And when you train with someone is more motivating, for you is more difficult just to give up.

Still, to start for me was not easy. How will devote time to training, it's so much time, practicing is foolishness, can end up much useful work for this time, I feel so tired, I do not have the strength to train, etc. etc. But I was promised and I do not quit. After the third, fourth month had visible results and this strongly motivates me. To stand up and to train become my little pleasure for the day.

And so until last November when I had a few months to work 12 hours or more a day. Only for two months best habits go away. And again I faced the problem of motivation ... It took me almost a month to get into the rhythm. Maybe most of you have experienced a similar problem. This is my way of self-motivation:

On a calendar began to note the days which I train.
Now when I looked at it, I think it would be terrible to drop so many days of work, just because now I'm lazy or because today I feel tired.

And in general, self-motivation is the driving force that is pulling forward for any purpose to which you are going.
